Inserts are found in Sunday newspapers. Not every newpaper will have all inserts mentioned. Those who have the newspaper delivered are more likely to receive more inserts than those who pick up newstand copies. There are a few whole coupon insert services wherein you buy just the inserts from week to week, as well as services for buying clipped coupons–both of which can be found on the parent page Savvy Shoppers Love to Save.
The date, i.e. 4/11 refers to the Sunday the insert was found. This makes it easier for you to keep your coupons separated by date for easy gathering each week.

W-IVC are Walgreens Instant Value Coupons. They are the coupons in the monthly coupon book that Walgreens puts out.
